My coaching was born from a lifelong connection to movement, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence—values deeply rooted in my professional ballet career. Ballet taught me the importance of balance, both physically and mentally, and the power of small, consistent efforts to achieve lasting results. But I also saw the toll that extreme demands can take on the body and mind, which ultimately inspired me to create a more sustainable wellness approach—one that honours the body, supports the nervous system, and nurtures the mind and spirit.
After ballet, I transitioned into a career in advertising, where I developed a different but equally valuable skill set: managing and supporting others in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines, and leading with empathy, clarity, and structure.
Today, I bring all of that experience into my work as a qualified Pilates instructor and Health Coach. I help women move from exhaustion and overwhelm to feeling calm, strong, and in control—through practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies that support energy, hormones, and long-term wellbeing.
This work isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about choosing growth. It’s about showing up for yourself—especially when it’s hard. It’s about reconnecting with your higher self, shifting out of survival mode, and remembering how powerful stillness can be in a world that glorifies busyness.
